Palm springs inspired multi-dwelling
Located at the southern entrance of Cabarita Village, our team was entrusted to design and construct four dwellings, two duplexes per lot, on two land parcels.Although the zoning permits for medium density housing, various site constraints, time-sensitive assessments, and escalating construction costs called for a simplified and expedited development solution to maintain viability. As experienced duplex architects, we understand the importance of efficiently creating and designing medium density housing.
Inspired by the iconic Palm Springs architecture, our design concept embraces light-filled spaces and versatile layouts. One of the key features was the incorporation of multifunctional areas, allowing owners to capitalise on Cabarita’s popularity by renting out sections to Airbnb travellers at their convenience. Each duplex comprises three stories, suitable for a family home.
The ground floor is dedicated to children's entertainment, featuring a pool, media room, and family room, ensuring endless fun for the whole family. On the first level, you will find the heart of the house, with a seamless integration of the main entrance, kitchen, garage, and living room. Expansive sliding doors open onto a balcony, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
As luxury duplex architects, we understand the desire for privacy and tranquility. The second level of each duplex is designed as a parents' retreat, including spacious bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. A private balcony as well as we have incorporated dedicated retreat areas, allowing homeowners to create their own personal sanctuaries within the comfort of their duplex.
