Lightwave has particular experience in master planning, supported living, education, multi-residential housing & resorts and factory-built housing and we have commitment to sustainable development and quality.

MARK WALSH
Mark Walsh is the founding director of Lightwave Architectural, a forward-thinking architectural design studio established in 2003. With a strong belief in the inherent value of innovative design, Mark has spearheaded Lightwave's mission to revolutionise the structure and delivery of architectural services. Mark is a results-oriented and motivated designer, known for his ability to lead teams in achieving cost-effective and impactful design outcomes.

With extensive experience in developing design concepts that enhance business models and project branding, Mark excels in understanding the challenges of implementing design solutions and establishing effective strategies for successful project delivery. His exceptional leadership and communication skills have enabled him to foster sustainable and profitable relationships with stakeholders throughout the design process.

With over 30 years of industry experience as a designer and project architect, Mark has worked on a range of notable projects in sectors including housing, aged care, apartments and resorts, education, modular construction, and property development.
