Helensvale State School
A show piece fit for school performances
Helensvale State School, located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, showcases our expertise in education architecture. As trusted architects within education design, we secured funding through the Building the Education Revolution program to construct a multi-purpose and performance hall.
Our primary goal was to create a performance-oriented space that seamlessly integrates key facilities, including a ticket booth, entry hall, kitchen servery, large stage with wings, change rooms, green room, separate stage access, and a control booth. This remarkable school building stands out with its functional layout, accommodating various school functions with ease.
With a focus on sustainability, our design incorporates significant north-facing windows and high-level louvers, maximising natural ventilation and minimising the need for artificial lighting. This creates a conducive learning environment that priorities comfort and energy efficiency.
As experienced school architects, we are dedicated to creating inspiring learning environments that enhance campus life and promote student engagement. From education campuses to school buildings, we specialise in delivering exceptional spaces tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions.
