Functionality involves the further development of internal spaces in relation to external elements, this includes preparation of window schedules, solar design studies, and active climate control systems

Concept presentation includes display of deliverables: Floor Plan, Site plan, Elevation, Sections, Preliminar External finishes and services

Continuation of project brief development. Further development of the design cooperating any client feedback
Interiors includes preparation of mood boards, sample finishes as well as drawings of kitchen, bathrooms, laudry and feature elements, including fixtures and concepts to present to client to finalisethe finishes selction. As well as the preparation of the electrical and lighting concept.
Architectural design details, such as window schedules and eaves and fascia, door sills, awnings, balustrades.
Drawings are prepared for building approval.
