The Cummingthom residence is the Oasis product from the IDH Housing range and was built for a retired couple on a steep slope in Uki. The project appealed to the owners due to the ready availability of an architectural design, its cost efficiency on a very steep site and affordable overall construction cost. The result is an affordable architecturally designed home in a beautiful rural setting.
