Queensland Mining Community

Lightwave was selected by the project manager of a mining company to develop a custom modular housing product for an expanding mining community in the central Queensland mining belt. Our innovative prefabricated and transportable homes, built using sustainable modular construction techniques and modern modular building systems, offer an affordable and sustainable housing solution.

With a keen focus on affordability, we carefully considered construction cost efficiency, repetition of layouts and design details, and the life cycle costs of materials specified. Our modular homes are designed to accommodate small families or couples without children, featuring two bedrooms suitable for shared households.
