Resort / Multi-Residential - Pearl Street Apartments

Designed with views, luxury, lifestyle and a variety of product in mind

Jadern commissioned Lightwave to create Pearl Street, a 12 storey residential building on the ridge in Tweed Heads.

They wanted a variety of unit product, so we designed a building that ranges from 1-bed units to luxurious penthouses that occupy entire floors.

Being a corner site with north facing frontage, all units to have a north or easterly aspect and being on the ridge, expansive views back towards the Tweed River or Cooloongatta are afforded to all units.

Careful consideration of privacy, views, passive thermal control and general livability allowed the architecture to develop and an aesthetic that reduces the bulk of the building provides personalised spaces.
