When designing, we took into consideration the public realm and extended it to a stunning landscaped tropical rear courtyard. This couryard draws activity through the space and brings to life the entire site.

The undulating exterior awnings provide a variety of scale and space to the streetscape that visually connects the retail and commercial spaces to the public space.

The residential units on the top floor are recessed back from the streetscape to provide privacy and subsequently reduce the streetscape scale.

This commercial, retail and residential corner site leads the way in quality development in the area.
