A stunning building that meets the high yield brief

These luxury residential units overlook the parkland and beach in the heart of Kingscliff.

When Moduplex approached us to design this project, one of the key factors of the brief was to craft a building that would create a high yielded return.

Our answer to the brief was to take an extremely sculptural approach to the design with an attention to detail to break down the solidity and mass. We also placed central light wells throughout the development to filter the light and maximise yield without compromising the quality of space.

This was a very sensitive site in the local community because it required careful consideration to height and neighbouring views.

Adjoining a public thoroughfare, the public access was upgraded and integrated into the overall design.
