A thoughtful site with the future in mind

Foxwell Road, commissioned by Jadern, is a 36 unit and 12 townhouse project in Coomera on the Gold Coast.

When designing the project, we had to create a slope sensitive subdivision for the detached dwellings, townhouses and units.

Careful controls identified for future dwellings ensure all lots maximise breezes, views, privacy and passive thermal control through solar access.

Fronting a main road and backing onto a creek, the master planning for this site drives the local planning for future development and when designing, we took a community focus.

Quality design for the apartments and townhouses provide pedestrian orientated street frontages and allow for a higher density.

High density at the top of the site, close to transport and neighbourhood infrastructure provides a frontage to the development and shields the site from the busy road and subsequently views to the mountains are a maximised for all units.
