Enid Street is a six storey multi-residential building in the heart of Tweed Heads commissioned by The Enid Experience & Associated Companies.

The brief was to create an appealing product for the budget driven market.

We created an economical floor plate and unit plan that is a simple and elegant. It is intrinsically combined with the structure to ensure the design concept will be carried through the construction process without potential cost driven cuts affecting the aesthetic.
