This project is a mixed use, beach town development located in Cabarita Beach.

The building has a simple, elegant and modern aesthetic that lets the activity within drive the changing face of the building. The active and open facade on all levels engages with the public and provides a physical manifestation of the changing use within.

The rear courtyards open up the central units to the northern aspect and provide a commune use amenity away from the public realm.
