Coastal building designed for a surf lifestyle

Trudy Todd commissioned Lightwave to design Boundary Lane  - a six storey multi-residential building situated on a tight site on the beautiful, coastal location of Rainbow Bay.

Living space was an important feature of the project, so we designed one unit per floor plus the addition of a luxurious three-storey penthouse.

Each unit maximises the northern aspect, with the main living space running through the centre of the plan and opening up again to a secondary living space on the south east. The separate master bedroom, living rooms and additional bedrooms provide much in demand privacy.

Decks on two sides of the building facilitate cross ventilation through the entire light filled floor plate.
